Information Session: AI-deas Sprint Programme 2026

Are you a Cambridge researcher with an AI project idea that could deliver real-world impact? Join us for an online information session to find out more about the ai@cam AI-deas Sprint Programme and how to apply.

The session will cover what the programme offers, what makes a strong application, and how the two-stage selection process works. There will also be time for questions.

The AI-deas Sprint Programme offers University of Cambridge researchers up to £25,000 in funding and six months of technical support to develop promising research into a working prototype.

The second cohort will run from November 2026 to April 2027, with projects spanning nine challenge areas including AI for mental health, climate and nature, women’s health, education, and connected cities.
